What a pilot actually involves.
One pitch, a defined scope agreed before any hardware ships, and clear boundaries on what the system measures versus what it never decides. Not general availability. A defined kit, a setup sequence, and clear boundaries on what the system measures versus what it never decides.
The canonical kit.
Optional — most pilots do not use these
Per-device specifications are published on the hardware pages.
Roughly two hours the first time.
Repeat sessions are operational, not research projects. The long part is the first survey.
- T−120Power and survey
Six anchors powered, mesh self-check, goal tags mounted, guided pitch survey walk. Geometry is enabled only if the survey passes.
- T−60Roster and fit
Bind sensor crypto IDs to the roster, fit straps, ranging smoke test, single-ball track quality sample.
- T−30Integrity drills
Verify the system correctly suppresses advisories under forced uncertainty, and that a dual-ball condition raises a visible alert.
- T−15Officials and coach
Pair PP-I410 only if a referee is in the game and wants Law 11 / Goal M1. Brief officials plainly: advisory only, you decide. Coach portal access confirmed.
- Kick-offLive
Coach portal fills progressively. Anchors record regardless. We monitor; we do not intervene in the match.
- T+30Tear-down
Collect pods, dock and charge, export the session and integrity log, remove goal tags if leaving the venue.
What we call success.
- No safety or wearability blockers reported by players or staff
- The pitch survey reproduces — two independent walks both pass at ≤ 0.35 m residual
- Integrity drills pass: advisories are suppressed when confidence is not earned
- Zero cross-team data leakage, verified against the scoped-pull log
- The club asks for an extended trial
What we will stop for.
We will downgrade or abort rather than produce a result we cannot stand behind.
- Four strong corner pins unobtainable after two re-walks
- Residual persistently above 0.35 m with anchors fixed
- Fewer than four anchors reporting for more than 60 seconds during live
- An unresolved dual-ball condition staff cannot clear
- Any wearability or safety complaint from a player — immediate stop
- Any suspicion of cross-team data leakage
What a pilot is not.
Precision. Performance. Power.Scope before gear.
Tell us the venue, the timeline, and the decision the system needs to support. We agree boundaries first — that is the whole point of a constrained pilot.
We reply within two business days. PitchPulse and FieldPulse are covered by pending patent applications.
