What we collect on this site

• Standard technical logs from our hosting provider (IP address, user agent, request path, timestamps) used for security and reliability.
• Optional analytics events if enabled (page views, CTA clicks) — configured to minimize personal data.

How we use it

We use contact details to respond to pilot, partnership, and access requests; to operate and secure the site; and to improve clarity of product messaging. We do not sell personal information.

Product systems (PitchPulse / FieldPulse)

Athlete and operator data generated by hardware platforms is governed by product agreements and system design: Athlete App is sensor-ID scoped to the individual; Coach Portal is team-partitioned. This website policy does not replace product data processing terms provided under pilot or commercial contracts.

Retention

Inquiry correspondence is retained as needed to manage the relationship and legal obligations, then deleted or archived under internal policy. Hosting logs are retained for a limited operational window.

Your choices

To access, correct, or request deletion of inquiry data we hold about you, email hello@aetherend.us with sufficient detail to locate the record. We may need to verify identity before acting.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product and site evolve. Material changes will be reflected by the date above.
